Rachel Trudel

Co-founder & CXO @ Cobble

Rachel Trudel is a Co-founder of Cobble, a unique reservation-only BYOB dining experience tucked away on the second floor of the historic Coolidge Corner Arcade in Brookline. What started out as an exercise in human-centered design and value chain analysis has quickly become one of Greater Boston's most talked about dining spots. Obsessed with user experience design and business, Rachel (along with Emily Vena, Chef/co-owner) is now on a mission to build a community where inspired chefs, restaurateurs, and beverage artists come together to put delight at the center of every dining experience.

In addition to Cobble, Rachel is the Design Director at Andela, a company determined to solve the technical talent shortage by building distributed engineering teams with Africa's top software developers. At Andela, Rachel is responsible for researching, designing, and building products that connect brilliant software developers with job opportunities around the world. Prior to Andela, Rachel led the product design team at ProfitWell and lived that agency life designing digital and brand strategies for B2B and B2C brands such as Black and Decker and SeaWorld. Rachel also led product design, brand strategy, and photo art direction at Joss & Main and spent a number of years at Wayfair as a product designer. In May of 2020, Rachel graduated from Harvard Extension School with a degree in Management, focusing on organizational behavior and business strategy.
