Elliott worked in a variety of operational/commercial roles in VC-backed chemicals companies and pivoted to Wayfair where he worked in the recruiting department for ~4 years. He launched Stella in 2022 after observing that the web3 market was oversupplied on capital and undersupplied on talent and that all web3 companies were facing a severe talent crunch and looking for expertise to out-recruit their competition.
