Chris Mannion is the Founder and CEO of Recruit Pilot, the first talent intelligence platform that lets recruiters and hiring managers quickly align on the perfect candidate profile and generate untapped sourcing pipelines based on competencies, not keywords.
Before founding Recruit Pilot, Chris pulled together product, operations, and analytics resources to found and lead Wayfair's Talent Acquisition Process and Innovation team. He moved into recruiting from operations in 2018 after hiring became the biggest bottleneck to supply chain growth. Chris brings extensive operational and technical leadership experience having co-founded maritime predictive analytics startup Hive Maritime after serving 7 years in the UK Royal Navy as an Aerospace Engineering Manager. He has a BEng in Aerospace Engineering, an MS in Guided Weapons Systems, and an MBA from MIT Sloan.
