A former Wall Street bond trader, Ashley Wayman has spent the last 10 years in the consumer space working for brands like Rent the Runway, Rue La La, and Wayfair, where she ran their Promotions team through the company’s IPO in 2014. Ashley also co-founded and realized an investment in a children’s clothing start-up and served as a senior advisor to EF Education First’s CEO. She is a three-sport All-American athlete and graduate of Harvard Business School and Amherst College.
